More Vegetables on the Table


/\ Adding more vegetables to the menu. From left clockwise - white rice, bitter melon with egg, leek with stir fried beef (more leek, less beef), assam sauce, fried kurau salted fish (ikan kurau masin goreng).


/\ Bitter melon (peria katak), believed to be a powerful treatment for diabetes.


/\ Leek (lik/ daun bawang lebar/ bawang perai), believed to be good for the heart, blood and body defense system.
