View From a Train

The southbound journey started with the ETS train
from Kuala Lumpur to Gemas :

/\ Inside ETS from KL to Gemas.

/\ Quite impressive.

Sceneries captured from the southbound ETS window :

/\ A village house surrounded by greens.

/\ The beautiful landscapes.\/

/\ Rembau, a district in Negeri Sembilan.

/\ A village in Rembau.

/\ Oil palm estate.

/\ Earthwork for a development project.\/

/\ Reached a station in the state of Malacca.

/\ A village in Malacca.

/\ Beautiful landscapes. \/

/\ Reached the newly renovated Gemas Station.
Its the last point for the ETS southbound train.

/\ The spanking new ETS train and platform.

/\ The KTMB train.

/\ The refurbished interior of the southbound KTMB train.
Destination is JB Sentral in Johor Bahru, Johor.

Sceneries captured from the southbound KTMB train:

/\ Reached the Segamat town, a district in the state of
Johor Darul Takzim, popularly known as JDT,
home of The Southern Tigers football club. \/

/\ Blue building, yellow car.

/\ The three colors Bougainvillea tree.

/\ Colorful row of houses, shady trees.

 /\ Striking blue roof.

/\ Lushes of greens

/\ Passed through the small town of Paloh,
another district in Johor.

/\ Rows of striking pink potted flowers

/\ Empty and deserted buildings.
Looks like a group of abandoned housing quarters. \/

/\ Africa? No!

/\ Passed by a small train station.

/\ Old buildings in a small town
along the way. \/

There were no more picture taken after this photo
because the KTMB train was halted three times
and we were stranded in the middle of no where.

No announcements were made,
no alternatives were offered,
 no solutions were given.

We were made to wait with no info given at all.
When asked, staffs could not give a specific answer.

The train which was supposed to reach JB Sentral at 6.40 pm
finally reached its final destination around 2.00 am the next day.
There was a 7 hours delay.

No apologies were given.

If not because of the beautiful sceneries
Malaysia had given me along the way,
this would have been the most horrible experience
I ever gained with public transportation here.

KTMB should have equipped their staffs
with better and effective crisis management system.

Love both. Love Malaysia.

After The Rain

One Evening

The sky from my window, when the sun was setting in. Sunset.

Down from my window, they were crawling both ways. Jammed.
