Caca Marba Cuti Raya 2012

I purposely entered this post for 'this and that' aka 'caca marba' along the way during Raya 2012 hols. Wouldnt focus on the Raya itself though.

1. The Raya 2012 ad I like most is that from RTM, which carried this message "Maaf Bukan Sekadar Ungkapan", loosely translated as "Forgiveness is not just mere words". The narrative verse is as follows :

"Maaf itu bukan sekadar ungkapan
Tetapi ia perlu dilakukan
Kita boleh mengatakan maaf seribu kali
Namun apa yang penting
Perlakuan maaf itu sendiri
Kita mungkin tidak sedar
Sehingga suatu masa kita terasa kehilangannya
Dengan apa yang telah diberi selama ini
Seharusnya kita bersyukur dan lebih menghargai
Kemaafan itu tidak ke mana-mana
Tetap ada
Menunggu masa untuk kita sedar dan belajar
Di hari yang mulia ini
Pohonkanlah kemaafan
Dari hati yang tulus ikhlas
Sebenar-benarnya ikhlas."

2. Interesting reading materials during the raya 2012 hols.

Its a wonder to know there are so many ways to where a hijab, and this bookstyle mag 'The Read' is a wonder to read.

3. I am amazed at a friend`s attitude of disliking to the stage of hating or anti, against anything from the west, when she cant even speak fluently and write properly in English. Maybe thats the prime reason? I`m beginning to think I should write more on this 'Katak Bawah Tempurong' aka 'Frog Under The Coconut' thingy.
